Effect of Biofeedback Combined with Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Functional Constipation

Functional constipation is a common intestinal functional disease in clinic, although there no related organic disease, if long term accompanied by patients, it can cause anal diseases (hemorrhoids, fissure, distension, rectal cancer, etc.). The purpose of this study to explore the treatment middle aged patients with biofeedback therapy combined psychological intervention through combination theory and find an effective, simple low recurrence rate treatment. According inclusion criteria exclusion criteria, 150 adult diagnosed anorectal surgery clinic our hospital from March 2017 October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: group (n=75) control (n=75). There difference general data, defecation symptoms, clinical symptoms problems between groups. groups treated for 3 w respectively. After treatment, observation indexes before after statistically analyzed was drug withdrawal. Comparison efficacy: among 75 30 cases cured, 24 markedly 14 7 ineffective total effective 90.67 %. Among group, 23 8 20 73.3 chi square test showed that data significant (p<0.05). Biofeedback terms problems.
